Burn After Reading


Every several weeks my wife and I go out for dinner and a movie. This week we chose to go to our favorite sushi restaurant and then to see Burn After Reading. We got to the theater too early and found our selves the first guests. That was OK except we had to listen to the same music over and over like a bad info commercial but we managed to relax a little and get prepared for the show. Finally the movie trailers started and the theater was filled with mostly adults. We sat patiently during the trailers and laughed at the short version of upcoming movies. Then what we thought was going to be another trailer started and it was actually the movie.

The Replicators and Habits

It has been a while since I did a post. You see I have been on a semi vacation and respited. I took a couple weeks off part time from work so I could travel to Portland and visit with my family and see my new grandson Jackson. Even though I had to work a few hours each day via teleconference, I had a great time.

I can’t say my body was a recharged as a normal vacation as I spent a lot of hours driving but a lot got done and I got to visit with old friends and family I only get to see a few times a year if I am lucky. Hey I even caught my trout limit one day letting my love of fishing and good company take my mind to another place completely.

However that is not my post for the week. My wife sent me a link to a book that I found intriguing. Yes her office is in the next room and she is always feeding me little tid bits of information she reads on the internet.
